Professional Home Inspection
Your Home inspection will take 2 to 3 hours depending on the dwelling’s size and condition. Following the home inspection and within 1 to 24 hours, I produce a computer-generated inspection report using HOMEGAUGE software. This report will show the good and bad with pictures, recommendations for repairs and maintenance. During your home inspection service, I will discuss the results of my inspection and specify any issues found that need further attention. I will make recommendations for necessary repairs. The full report of your home inspection will be documented with pictures, emailed as a PDF for your information and records and will provide an easy reference moving forward.
Are you selling your home? Let an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector®inspect it before you even list it. A Move-In Certified™ home has been pre-inspected, which means that the seller can confirm that there are no major systems in need of immediate repair or replacement, and no known safety hazards. A Move-In Certified™ Seller Inspection informs you of any defects or problems with your home so that you can address them before prospective buyers discover them. You can then take the time you need to obtain reasonable repair estimates. Show prospective buyers that you are dealing in good faith. Avoid 11th-hour negotiations and delays, and justify your full asking price by having your home pre-inspected now.
Commercial Building Inspection
A building inspection will give you knowledge and insights about the condition of the property. Knowing the condition of a building will allow you to negotiate at time of purchase, create accurate budgets for repairs and maintenance, and be aware of future expenditures - whether it's a new roof, heating and cooling system, or simple maintenance items
With the investment in commercial properties being so significant, it's no wonder why so many purchasers, owners, and lessees consider a building inspection mandatory!
Radon is a gas that’s tasteless, odorless, and invisible to the naked eye. Though natural in the outside world, when found in enclosed spaces, Radon can cause numerous health issues. Radon is radioactive, and the levels that can build up within your home or office have more opportunity to enter your body and cause irreversible harm.
Radon is responsible for hundreds of thousands of cancer cases throughout the world, and tens of thousands of cancer fatalities. According to the US EPA, radon is the second highest cause of cancer mortalities. However, you can protect yourself from the dangers of this powerful element.
Radon testing helps keep you and your family safe from harm. Hiring a qualified professional to test your property for this dangerous gas will ensure you won’t have to face the dire consequences. Because Radon isn't able to be identified with the naked eye, it’s imperative to invest in professional testing.
You have the power to prevent Radon poisoning, and CNM Inspections is happy to announce the addition of Radon testing to our numerous services. We offer the best prices and a comprehensive examination of your home, ensuring your entire families protected.
